My experience with this company was very positive :) It was my first time ever renting a car abroad. I booked a basic Seat Ibiza with full insurance on their website, but I ended up getting a Nissan Qashqai with an automatic transmission and almost full equipment for the same price. Absolutely fantastic. After making the online reservation, you receive a map showing where their shuttle buses stop, and they take you to the pick-up location. When picking up the car, no one pressures you into buying any extra add-ons — you simply pay for what you ordered. The price is exactly the same as the online one. The car was perfectly clean, and everything worked flawlessly throughout all 11 days of my rental. Returning the car is just a very short distance from the pick-up point, across the intersection. The drop-off process was very straightforward — the staff member simply checked that the car started and then took it to be washed. A few days later, the hold on my credit card was released and the money was returned. No issues at all. Based on my personal experience, I can definitely recommend them :)
Once again, a fabulous experience at Cargest Malaga Airport! I have used them many times now, and have yet to be disappointed. This time we had booked quite a modest car (Seat Ibiza or similar) and were delighted to be upgraded to a virtually brand new BMW X1. It was one of the best car rental experiences I ever had. The only bad thing was waiting for the shuttle and the car pick up because there were several other people waiting for it. The guys at the pick-up desk were really friendly and they take time to answer all of your questions. It was overall a very nice experience. Rented a 1 series BMW for 10 days got upgraded to a X5 for free because there were no 1 series left. I would recommend getting the premium package aswell. Also when returning the car plan some waiting time for the shuttle.
