It was one of the best car rental experiences I ever had. The only bad thing was waiting for the shuttle and the car pick up because there were several other people waiting for it. The guys at the pick-up desk were really friendly and they take time to answer all of your questions. It was overall a very nice experience. Rented a 1 series BMW for 10 days got upgraded to a X5 for free because there were no 1 series left. I would recommend getting the premium package aswell. Also when returning the car plan some waiting time for the shuttle.
Top service, quick pick up, quick drop off. Amazingly clean car. Had brand new (700km on odometer) BMW X6. Fully stuffed with extras, the company is not saving on optionals. Great car, colour of exterior and interior. Mega! 5+
Great car rental place. Reliable and "no-bullshit"-policies in place (no insurance pushing, haggling at counter, surprises, ...). You get what you booked, and fast. On arrival, you go to their standard pickup point outside the airport exit gate (3 min to walk). The shuttle ride to their car park (super clean and well-lit) is 5 minutes, processing at the desk took us no more than 5 minutes either. Very well organized, even after hours (we arrived close to midnight). Friendly staff. 100% recommended!
Basically mental. Rented a Seat Ibiza or 'similar' Got a BMW X4 Msport with 26km on the clock. Booking direct with them cost £10 more for their full insurance compared to without. So £186 for 11 days rental. Zero hassle, no fuss,, quick pick up, easy drop off. Key deposit returned within minutes. They have got the right idea cos I must've recommended them to 200 people in the space of a week 😂. All I would say is the shuttle bus or behind the railway station immediately in front of the terminal. Took me a minute to find it. The photo of the mileage is taken after I had driven to Nerja. Only downside is I now want a new car
