It was one of the best car rental experiences I ever had. The only bad thing was waiting for the shuttle and the car pick up because there were several other people waiting for it. The guys at the pick-up desk were really friendly and they take time to answer all of your questions. It was overall a very nice experience. Rented a 1 series BMW for 10 days got upgraded to a X5 for free because there were no 1 series left. I would recommend getting the premium package aswell. Also when returning the car plan some waiting time for the shuttle.
