We just returned from a fantastic 9-day holiday in Spain and couldn’t be happier with our experience renting from CarGest. We chose a Mini Cooper Cabrio S — I initially thought it would be the 2.0L version, but it turned out to be the sport line, which was ok too! (Hopefully next time it will be 2L :p) The car was practically brand new, with just over 1100 km on the clock. It drove beautifully and made our trip even more enjoyable. The entire rental process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. CarGest - you’ve won us over — we’ll definitely be loyal customers going forward. Highly recommended! Both pickup and return went really well. Car was super nice and basically brand new. Overall the experience was 5/5 so I will most def use cargest again in the future.

I wanted to give this company 5 stars if it wasn't that we did have a problem. The workers are friendly and attentive. We got our car easily and went on our way. While driving about 45 minutes away from our hotel in the mountains, the oil light went on while going around a corner. I had read the terms and conditions and they had said the we where not insured for the motor if we damaged it. We tried to call them but they just hung us up. After the 10th try we finally had someone on the phone. After telling them of our situation he told us that we had to buy the oil ourselves. But what if we had bought the wrong oil and damage the motor????. We decided, because it was mostly downhill and if we drove slowly(especially around the corners) we would make it home. Then next morning to take the 12 minute drive to cargast where we explained the situation and they said they would top it up. They added more that 2 litres of oil!!!!!!! . I feel that if you rent a car you shouldn't have to worry about these things. They sais that they always check the cars so maybe this one fell through the cracks. For there rest I think I would rent a car there again

Finding the courtesy bus was easy and there was a quick transfer to the car collection point. Picking up the car was easy, but the guys on reception didn't speak to us or offer us any information, or walk us over to the car or anything. It was poor customer service. However pickup was quick. We'd booked a golf sized car and got a new T-roc (1200km showing) so that was good. Drop off was easy via Google maps to Av. del Comandante García Morato, 30 Courtesy bus back to the airport was completely full and some people had to wait but this was peak time Saturday morning.
